Naughty or nice, all are welcome as we bring you A MAD Drag Night’s first ever Christmas special. Warning: Will leave Grinches with a warm fuzzy Christmassy feeling, and the desire to pop on a heel! Even Ebenezer Scrooge wouldn’t resist.
This all singing, all dancing spectacular, featuring an all West End cast, is streaming Sunday 20th December at 9pm GMT. Fabulous. Festive. Fierce. Join us this Christmas and we’re sure to grab you by the jingle bells and leave you rocking around the Christmas tree.
All we want for Christmas is you!
' Twas A MAD Drag Night Before Christmas,
And streamed all through your house,
A fiercely festive evening,
Your Christmas cheer will arouse
All of us here at A MAD Drag Night are so excited for this collaboration with Subfrantic, which has given us an opportunity to pay our artists for the first time. Those that have worked with us for years donating their time, talent, bought costume, wigs, make up, to create A MAD Drag Night. They have given us so much and we are so happy to be able to give a little back to our amazing queens during this most difficult of times.
We will be back, live and in the flesh, as soon as we are able, on our mission to create amazing drag productions and to raise funds for The Make A Difference Trust. If you're missing our live shows why not check out our lockdown look back over past shows - CORONO-SHE-BETTER-DON'T! - on our Youtube channel. Join our host Mary Mac, the tartan wrapped Queen from Glasgow with special guests John Barrowman, Faye Tozer, Dr Ranj, Hayley Tamaddon, Tom Read Wilson, Harriet Thorpe, David Ames, Shane Richie and Jenny ‘The Vixen’ Ryan, as we take a look back over the past 5 years of A MAD Drag Night.
The MAD Drag team are so proud to be affiliated with The Make A Difference Trust having raised in excess of £38,000 for their amazing causes since 2015. CoroNO-She-Better-Don't! was produced to support their campaign to give financial aid to those most affected by the closure of theatres and the loss of work with their Covid-19 Hardship Fund.
