A MAD Drag Night has fast become the West End Community’s most fierce and exciting charitable event. Marrying performers from some of the UK's favourite West End Musicals and all the extravaganza eleganza from the Drag World, A MAD Drag Night is a night not to be forgotten.
Created 5 years ago by David McMullan, Sean Parkins and David O’Reilly, A MAD Drag Night has grown from strength to strength. The Davids and Sean wanted to create a new charity event that used a wide group of performers coming together to raise much needed funds for an incredible charity but also producing an incredible night of Drag Entertainment. In the time MAD Drag has been running it has raised over twenty thousand pounds for The Make A Difference and had hundreds of West End Performers Volunteer their time to appear in this incredible night.
MAD Drag is in aid of The Make A Difference Trust, who provides support to people in the UK and Africa living with HIV and Aids. Through a series of financial grants MAD Trust are able to support a number of HIV and Aids Charities who support both adults and children who are HIV positive. They also grant money to organisations who focus on the research of HIV and the prevention of it.
